About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The role handles parts order pulling, shipping and receiving, stockroom replenishment, and pressing forklift tires. It also supports inventory control, parts returns, year-end processing, recordkeeping, workplace cleanliness and safety, and customer and service technician inquiries.

Requirements

Less than 2 years of related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Nice To Haves

Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
Microsoft Office experience.
Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Pull parts orders; ship and receive parts; put up stock; and press forklift tires.
Control inventory, including cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
Maintain records and files and keep the work environment clean and safe.
Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
