About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The role supports parts operations by pulling orders, shipping and receiving parts, stocking inventory, and pressing forklift tires. The clerk also helps maintain inventory accuracy, process parts returns, complete year-end processing and reporting, maintain records and a clean, safe work environment, and respond to parts inquiries from customers and service technicians.

Requirements

Less than 2 years of related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
Microsoft Office experience.
Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Pull orders, ship and receive parts, put up stock, and press forklift tires.
Perform inventory control, including cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
Maintain records and files, and keep the work environment clean and safe.
Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
