About The Position

Kirkplan Kitchen & Bath is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-friendly team member to join our growing service department. This is a multi-role position that requires someone who can handle office coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and warehouse/service support.

Requirements

  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask
  • Cabinet and/or warehouse experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve daily issues
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump into different roles as needed to help support our service team and customers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in remodeling, construction, cabinetry, or service coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer service phone calls
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating trades
  • Organizing materials and parts for service technicians
  • Preparing and tracking punch list items
  • Assisting with warehouse and cabinet-related organization
  • Communicating with vendors, technicians, and customers professionally
  • Helping keep service jobs organized from start to finish
