About The Position

Allegiance Trucks is hiring a Parts Sales Representative for its front counter. The role handles parts requests from customers and internal teams, finds parts through manufacturer and vendor catalogs, advises customers on related parts, and provides solutions to customer needs. The representative follows up on backordered parts, supports inventory control, communicates inventory issues to the Parts Manager, and coordinates with the Service Department on parts availability and pricing. The position may also assist with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of heavy truck/auto parts or shop experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts order requests by telephone, email, or in person.
• Use manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for internal and external customers.
• Advise customers on related parts.
• Follow up on backordered parts and contact customers with status updates.
• Ensure inventory control practices are followed.
• Communicate inventory issues to the Parts Manager.
• Communicate with the Service Department about parts availability and pricing.
• Provide solutions for customer needs.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
