Parts Sales Representative - Front Counter
About The Position
Allegiance Trucks is hiring a Parts Sales Representative to support customers and internal departments with parts needs at the front counter. The representative handles parts requests by phone, email, and in person; uses manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts; advises customers on related parts; and provides solutions to customer needs. The role also involves following up on backordered parts, supporting inventory control, and coordinating with the Parts Manager and Service Department. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of heavy truck/auto parts or shop experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle parts order requests via telephone, email, or in person.
- Use manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for internal and external customers.
- Advise customers on related parts.
- Follow up on backordered parts and contact customers with status updates.
- Ensure inventory control practices are followed.
- Communicate with the Parts Manager about inventory issues.
- Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Provide solutions for customer needs.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
