The Parts Sales Counterperson I will be the go-to parts expert for customers needing to maintain and repair their equipment, whether in person or over the phone. The role involves actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, providing recommendations, and using product literature, specialized software, and growing knowledge to offer timely and accurate solutions. The ability to translate technical details into actionable parts support is key to building lasting relationships. The role also supports the branch by assisting with parts and equipment deliveries. It's about building trust, valuing customer service, and becoming a reliable partner to clients. Requirements

  • Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
  • Self-motivation and assertive drive.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record; experience pulling a trailer.
  • Above-average organizational skills.
