About The Position

The Parts Sales Associate sells automotive parts at retail to customers over the counter, through the shop, or by phone. The role focuses on providing excellent service and fulfilling orders accurately. The position supports customers and service technicians with parts selection and sourcing, order processing, transactions, deliveries, and inventory-related tasks. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of automotive parts and/or sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to wear a dealership uniform.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and repair order processes.
• Experience supporting service technicians and handling customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection, pricing, and product recommendations.
• Process parts orders, inventory requests, and emergency purchases.
• Support service technicians with parts sourcing and repair order transactions.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pick-ups, and back-order management.
• Process returns, credits, and customer payments.
• Maintain inventory, product knowledge, and a clean work area.
