Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department in serving retail and wholesale customers.
• Manage parts inventory and track expenses.
• Train and supervise parts counter associates to help meet department and company goals and manage stock-order procedures.
• Forecast department goals and objectives and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of parts department staff.
• Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain inventory levels consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
