Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive parts sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead the parts department in serving retail and wholesale customers.
Manage parts inventory and track expenses.
Train and supervise parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and follow stock order procedures.
Forecast department goals and objectives and work to achieve them.
Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of parts department staff.
Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain inventory levels consistent with the needs of the defined areas.
