About The Position
Faulkner West Chester is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated parts professional to join its team. The role supports customers and the community while helping the employee achieve financial and career goals. Compensation is hourly plus bonus pay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Prior auto parts sales experience.
- GM Parts experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Answer phone calls and provide customers with price quotes and other information.
- Review body shop estimates to verify that ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
- Pull and fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on the service repair order.
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
