About The Position

United Construction & Forestry, a John Deere Dealership with locations across the Northeast, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales employee. The role assists customers in person and over the phone with ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. The position supports parts department operations and customer service, working with internal and external customers, vendors, and alternate resources.

Requirements

Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers.
Basic computer skills.

High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
Experience with John Deere equipment.

Responsibilities

Sell, stock, receive, and deliver parts and accessories.
Provide in-store customer service.
Support overall organizational promotions.
Work with vendors and alternate resources.
Collaborate with internal and external customers as a team player.
Monitor shortages and expedite processes.
Keep the parts department and warehouse clean and orderly.
Ensure inventory control practices are followed.
