Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Prior auto parts sales experience.
- GM Parts experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Answer phone calls and provide customers with price quotes and other information.
- Review body shop estimates to verify that the parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
- Pull and fill orders from stock and perform weekly bin checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on the service repair order.
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
