About The Position

CIT Trucks, LLC is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to sell heavy-duty truck parts in the parts showroom and provide customers with accurate, responsive service. The representative explains parts features, benefits, and warranties; provides pricing and availability information; identifies companion parts and relevant product offerings; and works with warehouse employees to fulfill customer ticket orders. The role is part of a growing truck and transportation business with locations across Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain the features, benefits, and warranties of parts.
• Sell heavy-duty truck parts in the parts showroom.
• Inform customers about companion part requirements and the full product lines and offerings.
• Provide price quotes and additional information.
• Build customer relationships and provide quality service with a sense of urgency.
• Determine parts availability and lead times.
• Partner with warehouse employees to pull ticket orders for customers.
