About The Position

RideNow Powersports - Jacksonville is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to assist customers and technicians with identifying parts, provide service in person and over the phone, and support parts inventory and dealership operations. The role includes entering customer and inventory information, receiving and organizing parts, maintaining displays, and keeping customers informed about orders. The associate may also take on additional tasks as needed.

Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move safely through indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas while staying aware of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. The role also frequently involves bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and motor vehicle record checks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in parts retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely and efficiently move through dealership premises, including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas, while remaining aware of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including background and motor vehicle record checks.

Nice To Haves

• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and POS software, such as CDK or Lightspeed, is preferred.
