About The Position

Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Sales Associate to sell parts and maintain positive relationships with customers. The role requires product knowledge, sales ability, and strong customer service. The associate serves as a public relations liaison for the dealership while assisting customers, preparing parts counter tickets, coordinating orders, and working with the Parts and Service Team. The position also involves occasional parts deliveries and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong phone and email skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dealership’s public relations liaison when servicing customers.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge.
• Accurately prepare parts counter tickets.
• Follow up on parts orders to ensure customers are served according to Bowser customer service standards.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with the Parts and Service Team.
• Confirm that delivery times for non-stock items meet customers’ needs before placing orders.
• Review special orders and special pricing with the Parts Manager.
• Deliver parts when necessary.
• Advise the Parts Manager and Accounting of changes to customers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, and other details.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures outlined in the Bowser Employee Handbook.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
