About The Position

RideNow Powersports in Jacksonville is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to provide customer service and assist customers and technicians with identifying parts. The role includes entering and managing customer and inventory information, receiving and organizing stock, maintaining displays, and keeping customers informed about orders. The associate may also take on additional tasks as needed. Applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and motor vehicle record checks.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in parts retail; dealership experience is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to safely and efficiently move through indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas while remaining aware of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
Able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
Must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience.
Familiarity with inventory systems and POS software such as CDK or Lightspeed.
