About The Position

Our Dealerships is seeking a motivated, full-time Parts Counter Person (also referred to as a Parts Advisor) to join the service team. The role supports retail customers and technicians, handles parts ordering and inventory tasks, and helps keep the department organized while providing a high level of customer service. Requirements

• Be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
• Be computer literate.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver's license and few to no points on the driving record.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of prior automotive parts experience, either at a retail parts outlet or in a dealership setting.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Support parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick up and deliver parts.
• Keep the department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
