About The Position
We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role involves managing inbound phone calls, processing online orders, and supporting the outside sales team with product information and availability. You will report to the Sales/Operations managers and will be compensated with an hourly wage plus commission.
Requirements
- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred.
- Exceptional phone skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and generate client orders.
- Process online e-commerce orders.
- Assist the outside sales team in providing product information and availability.
