Route 128 Honda is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join its growing Parts Department in Reading, Massachusetts. Nice To Haves

• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Honda experience is a plus but is not required.
• Familiarity with CDK is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts purchases.
• Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization.
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Use dealership software and manufacturer catalogs to identify parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments.
