About The Position
Join one of New England's premier Honda dealerships. Route 128 Honda is one of the highest-volume Honda dealerships in New England with a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction, a team-focused culture, and opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department.
Requirements
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Honda experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software CDK preferred!
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts purchases
- Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts
- Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization
- Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Utilize dealership software and manufacturer catalogs to identify parts
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments
