About The Position

Cleveland Brothers has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Counter Attendant. The role assists customers and shop mechanics with parts needs and supports parts ordering and research. The ideal candidate has parts skills, some industrial background (preferably on-highway trucks or similar), a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to assist customers. A wide range of backgrounds and work experience is acceptable, including technical school, military, and on-the-job experience.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with the product line.
Customer service skills.
Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to learn new systems.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, data entry, and operating standard office equipment.
Ability to view and read information on a computer screen for prolonged periods.
Frequent verbal and written communication with employees, managers, and external contacts.
Ability to move about the office to attend meetings, access files, and use office equipment.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull office materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
Ability to maintain concentration and perform detailed work in a fast-paced office environment.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.
Ability to bend, reach, and stoop occasionally to access files, supplies, or equipment.
