About The Position

Performance Kings Honda is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Parts Department as an Parts Counter Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to launch your career in automotive parts and customer service with a team dedicated to training and internal promotion. This is a hands-on, entry-level position for individuals eager to learn all aspects of the automotive parts business. You will start by learning the fundamentals of our inventory process and progress toward a customer-facing role at the parts counter.

Requirements

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills and a team player

Nice To Haves

• Interest in automotive parts and service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and accurately receive shipments
• Organize and put away inventory in proper locations
• Learn and follow safety procedures and inventory best practices
• Assist with driving and delivering parts to customers and service departments
• Support the parts team in day-to-day operations
• Progressively take on more responsibility, working up to the parts counter
• Eventually assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders
