About The Position
The Parts Assistant receives and checks in parts, matches deliveries to repair orders, and ensures parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart. The role inspects delivered parts for damage, returns incorrect parts to the vendor immediately, monitors delivery status through regular vendor communication, and ensures parts invoices are posted accurately in the company’s estimating platform. The position requires authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders.
- Ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
- Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
- Regularly communicate with vendors about parts status.
- Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
