About The Position
The Parts Assistant receives and checks in parts, matches delivered parts to repair orders, and ensures parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart. The role inspects delivered parts for damage, returns incorrect parts to the vendor immediately, and communicates regularly with vendors about parts status. The Parts Assistant also ensures parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and makes corrections as necessary.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Receive delivered parts and match them to repair orders.
- Ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
- Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
- Regularly communicate with vendors about parts status.
- Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
