About The Position

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Assistant to support collision repair operations. The role receives and checks in parts, inspects deliveries for damage and quality, returns incorrect parts to vendors, monitors delivery status, and coordinates parts invoicing in the company’s estimating platform. The position requires legal authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Receive delivered parts, match them to repair orders, and ensure all parts are placed on and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage and quality; follow up if parts are not available within two hours of the expected drop-off.
• Immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor.
• Regularly communicate with vendors about parts status.
• Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
