About The Position

This is a hybrid position combining Parts Advisor/Parts Driver responsibilities. The role involves providing superior customer service in-person and by phone, managing parts inventory, reordering when necessary, and delivering parts accurately and punctually. The Parts Advisor will also be responsible for using dealership software (CDK/Reynolds) efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably with GM brands
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems
• Strong communication and organization skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in-person and by phone
• Manage parts inventory and reorder when necessary
• Deliver parts accurately and punctually
• Use dealership software (CDK/Reynolds) efficiently
