About The Position

Audi Novi is hiring an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of a busy parts department, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting customers and technicians. The Parts Advisor is a critical part of the service operation, responsible for identifying parts, managing orders, supporting the service team, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to contribute immediately.

Requirements

Automotive parts knowledge required.
Dealership parts experience strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A sense of urgency and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, vendors, and team members.
Ability to calculate inventory, payments, invoices, pricing, and order details accurately.
A team-focused mindset and commitment to supporting the customer experience.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Audi, Volkswagen, German brand, or luxury dealership parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers, technicians, vendors, and internal team members with parts requests in a professional and timely manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist customers at the parts counter.
Look up, identify, and specify automotive parts accurately.
Check stock availability, place parts orders, and communicate updates clearly.
Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Create accurate invoices and process payments or credit authorizations as needed.
Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders for quantity, condition, cost, and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter, work area, and stockroom.
Support inventory accuracy, records of goods received, and perpetual inventory controls.
Process core returns, warranty parts, special orders, and parts returns as needed.
