About The Position

The Parts Counter Person provides the direct interface with the retail customer or with the service department technician to sell the needed parts and accessories in a courteous and timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Be friendly, professional, and efficient
  • Parts sourcing
  • Follow up on part requests
  • Parts tracking
  • Parts invoicing and Purchase Orders
  • Great communication within all departments

Responsibilities

  • Pull purchased parts from stock.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
  • Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received
  • Source all parts that are being requested per ReconTrac
  • Process parts invoices and PO’s
  • Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested
  • Properly estimate parts with three different available options
  • Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager
