Requirements

Previous dealership parts experience (required)
Strong knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes
Experience with CDK software (required)
Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills
A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Parts Manager to source and order non-stock parts
Managing special-order parts requests from start to finish
Guiding customers through the parts sales process, from inquiry to invoicing
Processing daily parts orders utilizing the CDK scanner system
Pulling, organizing, and distributing parts to technicians and counter personnel
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and a well-organized stockroom
Assisting retail customers and responding to incoming phone inquiries
Performing accurate parts lookups and ensuring timely parts delivery and disbursement
