About The Position

The Partner Technology Architect provides deep, senior technical strategist expertise within ServiceNow’s Risk and Security practice. The role is engaged when deep practice expertise is required and works alongside partner-aligned Partner Technology Architects and Partner Solution Engineers to accelerate partner activation, solution co-creation, and commercial success. The position supports one of four practices worldwide across the GEO and works with Global, Regional Managed, Commercial, and Development partners. Engagements are pooled and requested on demand through an intake form. Work may be proactive, such as partner enablement, practice launches, and joint business planning, or reactive, such as deal-time requests and addressing partner capability gaps. The role provides senior technical expertise, leads partner workshops and strategic proofs of concept, supports adoption of AI-enhanced practice capabilities, mentors partner architects and pre-sales teams, and designs training and capability-maturation programs. It also contributes to industry thought leadership, collaborates on joint business planning, monitors the competitive landscape, and supports Commercial partner development requests.
