Partner Technology Architect

ServiceNow•Austin, TX
•$198,900 - $328,200

About The Position

The Partner Technology Architect provides deep, senior technical strategist expertise within ServiceNow’s Risk and Security practice. The role works alongside partner-aligned Partner Technology Architects and Partner Solution Engineers to accelerate partner activation, solution co-creation, and commercial success. It supports partners across the worldwide GEO and across Global, Regional Managed, Commercial, and Development partner types. Engagements are pooled and initiated on demand, and may be proactive—such as planned partner enablement, practice launches, and joint business planning—or reactive, such as deal-time requests and partner capability gaps. Work is predominantly out-quarter, with selected in-quarter opportunity support. The architect co-creates reusable practice architectures and assets, provides advanced technical expertise, and helps partners adopt AI-enhanced capabilities and build commercial offerings. The role also develops partner capability through workshops, training, mentoring, and certification pathways; contributes to strategic proofs of concept and thought leadership; and collaborates with internal partner, sales, product, and engineering teams. Success is measured through partner practice maturity and self-sufficiency, pipeline influence, co-created offerings, thought leadership, and executive satisfaction.
