About The Position

TechSee is seeking a high-impact Partner Enablement Engineer to drive technical mindshare, field enablement, and co-selling momentum within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a core focus on Service Cloud. This strategic, hands-on individual-contributor role serves as the technical bridge between TechSee and Salesforce field teams, including Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Sales Overlays. The role builds technical trust, equips Salesforce teams to champion TechSee’s visual engagement technology, and influences co-sell pipeline creation and deal conversion across target accounts. It is a specialized technical enablement position rather than a direct quota-carrying sales role. The engineer will design and deliver enablement programs, build relationships across Salesforce regional hubs, support active deal cycles with technical positioning and demonstrations, create reusable technical materials and demo environments, and relay ecosystem feedback to TechSee’s Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams. TechSee describes its product as combining computer vision, spatial intelligence, conversational AI, and augmented reality to help enterprises diagnose issues, guide customers, and automate service interactions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, command authority without formal hierarchy, and drive cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise SaaS deal cycles, pipeline mechanics, and customer journey dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute technical enablement programs for Salesforce Service Cloud Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Overlays.
  • Help Salesforce field teams confidently articulate and demonstrate TechSee’s value proposition.

  • Develop demo environments, technical cheat sheets, custom use-case scenarios, and reusable collateral for Salesforce technical teams.
  • Represent the Salesforce partner ecosystem’s feedback to TechSee’s Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to help refine integrations and platform capabilities.
