About The Position
Wipro is seeking a client-facing Program Manager with strong lending-domain experience to lead consulting-led advisory work and large-scale transformation programs. The role focuses on consumer financing, auto lending, mortgages, commercial lending, HELOCs, and lines of credit, using Agile and product-led delivery approaches. The position requires techno-functional capability and the ability to work with business, product, and engineering stakeholders, including in regulated environments.
Requirements
- Strong lending-domain experience in consumer, auto, commercial, or mortgage lending in client-facing consulting roles.
- Experience with Agile delivery models.
- Demonstrated techno-functional capability and comfort engaging with business and engineering stakeholders.
- Mandatory skill: Salesforce B2C Solution Architecture.
- More than 10 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lending platform modernization, including COTS or custom platforms.
- Experience with digital lending, workflow automation, analytics, or AI-enabled decisioning initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce, LOS platforms, or enterprise lending solutions.
- Exposure to scaled Agile environments and large BFSI transformation programs.
- Prior experience working with senior client stakeholders in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to consulting-led advisory engagements and engage client stakeholders through workshops.
- Define and validate business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics for lending initiatives.
- Work within Agile and product-centric delivery models, including Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid approaches.
- Bridge business, product, and technology teams.
- Validate solution designs, configurations, and functional fit.
- Identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies early and drive resolution with client and delivery leadership.
- Lead and coordinate work in an onshore–offshore delivery model, clarifying scope, priorities, and expectations.
- Mentor and guide consultants and analysts across locations, reinforcing consulting, Agile, and product discipline.
