About The Position

Jewish Voice Ministries International is hiring a Partner Engagement Specialist to build relationships with Shalom Partners and other ministry supporters through outbound calls. The role focuses on expressing appreciation, sharing approved giving campaigns and matching opportunities, reconnecting with partners whose giving has slowed or lapsed, and helping supporters find ways to remain engaged with the ministry. The specialist may pray with partners when appropriate and makes a warm handoff to the Philanthropy team when someone is interested in a deeper relationship. The position is based at the Phoenix office, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid schedule after the first 90 days.

The specialist maintains accurate records of conversations and follow-up in the partner database, handles partner questions and gift-related requests, and represents the ministry with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. The organization describes its mission as seeing all Israel saved and emphasizes prayer, evangelism, and gratitude in its partner relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport naturally.
• Comfort initiating conversations and maintaining a steady outbound calling cadence.
• Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude, including through difficult calls.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Additional education in communications, customer service, ministry, or fundraising.
• One or more years of outbound calling, donor relations, customer service, retention, or fundraising experience.
• Experience with a CRM or donor management system.
• Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to Shalom Partners and other ministry partners to express appreciation and strengthen relationships.
• Participate in outbound campaign calling efforts, sharing approved ministry campaigns, matching gift opportunities, and special appeals.
• Reconnect with partners whose giving has lapsed or declined and help them find ways to stay meaningfully engaged.
• Use active listening, thoughtful questions, and prayer when appropriate to understand each partner's story.
• Assist partners with recurring gift changes, renewals, and additional gifts while respecting their preferences and decisions.
• Recognize partners ready for a deeper relationship and connect them with the Philanthropy team.
• Accurately document every partner conversation and follow-up in the partner database.
• Represent Jewish Voice Ministries International with professionalism, warmth, and integrity on every call.
