About The Position

The Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM will own a defined portfolio of ISV, neocloud/hyperscaler, and frontier-model-provider partners for products under incubation. The role qualifies partner models and customer routes, develops joint value propositions, and leads product and technical-commercial workstreams for embedded, sell-to, sell-through, marketplace, and OEM offers. The position produces route-specific blueprints that address APIs/SDKs, tenancy, entitlements, metering, telemetry, role-based access control (RBAC), data handling, branding, lifecycle, support, and partner billing. As an autonomous individual contributor on Cisco’s Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team, the role independently owns partner plans, designs and executes complex joint offers, coordinates senior stakeholders, tracks opportunities through validation gates, and drives measurable pilot and commercial outcomes. The team works with Product leaders to test and validate early-stage go-to-market hypotheses, secure initial lighthouse customer wins, and develop repeatable sales and partner playbooks for broader sales organizations.
