About The Position

Conduent is hiring a Participant Benefits Services Specialist to provide professional support to participants who have questions about their benefits and plan provisions. This fully remote, work-from-home role is based in the United States and primarily handles inbound telephone calls, with occasional outbound calls and callbacks. The specialist answers questions, explains available options and applicable forms, researches inquiries, and completes transactions according to established procedures. The role involves relatively low call volume compared with traditional high-volume call center environments. The position includes approximately 7–8 weeks of comprehensive virtual training on the systems, procedures, and processes used to support participants. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours falling between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM; availability during that window is expected. Applicants must reside in an eligible hiring location. The job requires a home internet connection meeting specified speed and latency requirements and the ability to connect to a modem or router by Ethernet cable. The pay rate is $16 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance, and the position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need. Conduent offers health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off or vacation and/or sick time.
