About The Position

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading daily store operations, developing team members, and driving sales performance. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the store consistently meets company standards. The supervisor leads by example, demonstrates strong selling skills, holds the team accountable, and fosters a positive, results-driven environment that supports Reebok’s brand and business objectives. During assigned shifts, the supervisor takes ownership of the business, influences team performance, and helps associates understand expectations, execute consistently, and work together to achieve results. Success is measured by sales contribution, team development, operational execution, customer satisfaction, and leadership with accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

Drive daily sales results by engaging customers and demonstrating effective selling behaviors.
Support store sales goals and key performance indicators, including conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value.
Coach associates on product knowledge, footwear fitting, suggestive selling, and add-on sales.
Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and solution-oriented customer experience.
Monitor business performance during shifts and adjust selling strategies to maximize opportunities.
Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, urgency, and a strong work ethic.
Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to sales associates.
Communicate daily sales goals, business priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
Support the Store Manager in motivating, developing, and recognizing team members.
Help maintain a positive team culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and results.
Support completion of daily, weekly, and nightly operational tasks within established deadlines.
Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Maintain merchandising, replenishment, and product presentation standards.
Assist with shipment processing, inventory management, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
Follow loss-prevention and inventory-control policies and procedures.
Monitor sales-floor activity and potential theft or operational risks.
Ensure proper cash-handling, register, and closing procedures are followed.
Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and policy violations to store leadership.
Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Help coordinate team responsibilities and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Communicate sales results, operational concerns, and shift updates to store leadership.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Escalate customer concerns and operational issues when additional leadership support is needed.
Contribute to sales goals and improvements in conversion, UPT, and average transaction value.
Maintain company standards for customer service, merchandising, and store presentation.
