About The Position

Lakeshore is hiring for part-time retail supervisor and retail sales associate roles. Retail team members provide customers with memorable experiences and excellent service in a fast-paced, changing environment, while demonstrating product knowledge and developing operational expertise. The hiring event is scheduled for November 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT at 16900f W Bluemound Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53214. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Supervisor: 1 year of related retail supervisor experience.
Sales Associate: Previous retail experience is a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and weekends.
Knowledge of retail POS systems.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Positive and proactive approach to management and teamwork.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to demonstrate and reinforce company standards.
Ability to give and receive constructive criticism and provide regular, clear feedback.
Ability to multitask to meet simultaneous demand.
