About The Position

Lakeshore is hiring a part-time Supervisor for its retail team. The role helps deliver an unforgettable customer experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting the team and building operational expertise. Customer service is central to the position, including providing knowledgeable, consistently excellent service to customers visiting the store. The hiring event is scheduled for October 28, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. PDT at 3848 E Foothill Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107. Requirements

At least 1 year of related retail management experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Positive, proactive approach to management and teamwork.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to demonstrate company standards and reinforce them with the team.
Strong desire to recognize and reward achievements.
