About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Housekeepers to clean resort property units while consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The work includes cleaning guest areas and preparing units for inspection, reporting maintenance issues and missing or damaged items, and helping maintain storage areas. Housekeepers may also perform weekly guest-services cleans and other tasks assigned by management. The role requires working irregular hours and mandatory weekends. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks, and other areas of resort units.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to a Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest-services cleans as directed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Attend training sessions and apply the training in practical work.
• Help ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in promptly resolving guest complaints.
• Maintain urgency so units are turned on time.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
