About The Position

Dungarvin is hiring for multiple roles across programs in Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas. Direct Support Professionals work directly with people who need assistance, including people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. The work supports people to live as independently as possible through person-centered supports grounded in respect, response, and choice. No prior experience is required for the Direct Support Professional role.

The position requires providing and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with internal and external team members. The posting lists open first-shift, second-shift, and overnight schedules. Hiring is being conducted at an in-person career event on November 10, 2026, in Beaumont.

Requirements
