Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or related field (e.g., Med)
Current registration as RN or NP in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Requirement to maintain active licensure throughout the contract
Demonstrate recent clinical experience and/or nursing teaching experience in conducting comprehensive and focused physical assessments of patients across the lifespan (last 3 years)
Demonstrate knowledge in nursing pedagogy and adult learning principles
Working knowledge of legislation and policies related to discrimination and academic accommodations.
Ability to demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage conflict in the context of the role.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development
Completion of all mandatory training is required.
Must attend mandatory Sherpath training session on June 9, 2026.

Responsibilities
Faculty will coordinate with the lab and other professors teaching in the alternate language to ensure alignment.
Faculty are expected to follow the approved course outline, meet College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) competency requirements with evidence of achievement, comply with School, Faculty, and University policies on academic integrity and student safety, and participate in course evaluation processes.
Participation at orientation session is mandatory, date to be determined.
