About The Position

The School of Accountancy at CSU Fullerton is seeking experienced and student-centered individuals to join its Part-Time Lecturer Pool. This pool will be used to fill teaching positions in all subject areas pertaining to Accounting and Taxation as needed. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions become available. Appointments from this pool are temporary and may be made on very short notice, often just prior to the start of an academic term.

Requirements

• A Masters or ABD, PhD degree in Accounting/Taxation or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.
• Demonstrated potential for effective integration of technology into instruction.
• Demonstrated commitment to and/or excellence in teaching.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting such as teaching, research, and working in industry.
• Must be available on very short notice.

Nice To Haves

• Significant teaching experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment.
• Relevant performance and professional experience.
• Accounting certificate such as CPA, CMA, and CA.
