About The Position
A wage payroll position is available for Summer 2026 in Auxiliary & Business Services working in a progressive, customer-oriented, team-focused environment on supporting the daily needs of a diverse information technology customer base. The successful candidate will participate in diagnosing/analyzing information technology problems and developing solutions that may include the review, evaluation, and recommendation of new hardware and software products.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT related components
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking
Responsibilities
- Packaging, installation, and support of numerous software applications
- Configuration and rollout of large bulk purchases of workstations
- Helpdesk activities
- Development and maintenance of technical documentation
- Diagnosing/analyzing information technology problems and developing solutions
- Review, evaluation, and recommendation of new hardware and software products
