This is a seasonal summer position for an IT Support Services Assistant at Chatham University. The assistant provides telephone, email, and walk-in IT support for students, faculty, and staff. Support areas include Microsoft products, printing and device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software and hardware issues. Assistants are responsible for creating and managing tickets using Chatham’s ITS ticketing system, Teamdynamix (TDX). Additional duties involve classroom/office technology checks, including inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and A/V equipment setup and teardown. Student employees are limited to working no more than 20 hours per week (combined across all campus jobs) during the academic year and may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically roll over to subsequent academic years or summers.
