The College of Nursing Information Technology Group (CON IT) is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to provide day-to-day technical support to faculty, staff, and students. This role involves supporting Windows and Mac OS, as well as providing end-user support for hardware, mobile devices, and software-related issues. The qualified candidate will serve as the first line of support, investigating and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by users. This position requires close collaboration with the CON IT team to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution. Successful candidates should possess excellent computer and problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer service background. The role requires frequent lifting and bending and involves working approximately 28 hours per week.
