Part-Time IT Support - Auxiliary and Business Services
About The Position
A wage payroll position is available in Auxiliary & Business Services working in a progressive, customer-oriented, team-focused environment on supporting the daily needs of a diverse information technology customer base. Duties include, but are not limited to, the packaging, installation, and support of numerous software applications; configuration and rollout of large bulk purchases of workstations; helpdesk activities; and development and maintenance of technical documentation. The successful candidate will participate in diagnosing/analyzing information technology problems and developing solutions that may include the review, evaluation, and recommendation of new hardware and software products.
