About The Position

Cypress Village is a 120-acre wooded lakefront community in Jacksonville, Florida, managed by Life Care Services (LCS). The company strives to create an environment of trust and transparency, helping employees find purpose and achieve their highest potential while providing hospitality to residents and staff. This position involves providing IT support services for seniors and team members within the community. These companion services are non-skilled and non-nursing, focusing on support rather than hands-on care.

Requirements

Current CPR certification or CPR certification upon hire.
Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.

Nice To Haves

6 Months IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide support services for resident and team members IT needs
Communication and support related to sensory loss (low vision, hearing)
Tech support such as setting up, trouble shooting and teaching hardware and software
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
Handyman services such as hanging pictures, furniture assembly, and/or small repairs
Other responsibilities as assigned by the IHS Director
