About The Position

Under administrative leadership, part-time faculty perform tasks that support the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Responsibilities relate to the classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and assignment-specific needs. This position is in the Career Education department, with work hours varying based on assignment. The District recruits for part-time faculty positions year-round; applications remain in the pool for one year, and applicants may be contacted for interviews as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any subject and two years of experience in Real Estate; or an associate degree in any subject and six years of experience in Real Estate; or the equivalent.
• Applicants relying on equivalency must submit an Equivalency Determination Form and supporting equivalency materials.
• Successful fingerprint clearance is required before employment.
