About The Position

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) College of Business and Administration maintains a pool of lecturers for future temporary, non-tenure-track appointments in Real Estate & Property Management. Example courses include Introduction to Property Management and Real Estate; Leasing Properties; Maintenance and Enhancement of the Physical Plant; Property Management and Real Estate Law; Appraisal and Asset Management; Development and Construction; and Ownership and Growth in PMRE. Compensation is $4,000 for a three-credit-hour undergraduate course or $4,500 for a three-credit-hour graduate course. The position is exempt from FLSA overtime provisions. Because the appointment is temporary, it does not include paid vacation, medical, or retirement benefits. Lecturers accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours per hour worked. Applicants must already have valid U.S. work authorization or an employment-based visa that permits work; UCCS will not initiate visa sponsorship or permanent-resident applications.
